Introduction to Beam-forming

Beam forming is a method of generating a highly directional signal by the use of a fixed array of vertical antennas. Traditional methods of producing a movable signal usually involved physically rotating a directional antenna. Beam-forming doesn't require any moving parts. This allows it to change direction quickly or even broadcast in several directions at once.
